Very Big Schedule Change for the Winter Banquet!
I know that several have already signed up, but after some extensive talks about consideration for those planning the event and others involved, we have decided to move the banquet date out two weeks from the original date.
Many of those in the planning and coordinating of this event have certainly had quite a bit going on in their lives of late and so the proposal was that perhaps a positive and caring move would be to simply postpone from March 7(which is now less than two weeks away) and re-schedule the Winter Banquet for March 21st @ 6:00pm.
I thought this would be a very considerate move to give everyone a little time to breathe for this major event early in the year. I know several of you have already signed up for March 7th and I am hopeful that the 21st will work for many of you still.
So, we are placing a new sign-up sheet in the foyer and I am asking that you sign up for your reservation for the 21st on the new one, even if you previously signed up for the 7th. To me, this seemed like the most non-confusing thing to do, so help me out with this.😊
